  • Dr. Philip Richmond

"I am a Central Florida native and grew up in the small town of Casselberry. My mother, who worked as a groomer and receptionist at an animal hospital, introduced me to caring for animals early. A deep love for animals and science made becoming a veterinarian the perfect choice. After practicing in Orlando and Dunedin for several years, I joined the team at Country Oaks Animal Hospital."

"I am so grateful to have found a practice with the same passion for veterinary medicine. This is an amazing field in which to be a part! The opportunities to practice quality, progressive medicine & surgery are always available.  Getting down, eye-level on the ground & gaining the trust of both patients and their owners & flat out play around with my patients, young & old...there is just nothing like it!"
